A mobile app for the field
The mystery shopper fills in the report on site, uploads photos, and moves on. Offline mode keeps everything when there is no connection and syncs automatically as soon as it returns: because checks do not wait for coverage. The app follows the same questionnaires and rules as the web platform, so the report from the field arrives ready for validation, with no retyping and no lost data.
