The challenge
Stamp cards get lost, and ready-made loyalty systems are either too expensive for a small venue or simply do not fit the way it works. The goal was a platform that any cafe, restaurant, shop, gym or spa could launch in a single day: the customer collects points, the merchant sees what is happening, and both do it without any technical know-how.
The solution
We built LoyalPocket as a complete ecosystem: a web platform for the business and mobile apps for both sides of the counter.
A flexible loyalty program
- Points with adjustable rates. Each venue decides for itself how much of every purchase it gives back to the customer.
- Tiers. The more loyal the customer, the better their terms become.
- QR scanning at the counter. The customer shows a code, the merchant scans it, the points are credited. No hardware, no integrations with cash registers.
- Redeeming points. What has been collected turns into a real discount on the spot.
Control and transparency
The business has real-time analytics and a full transaction history: who, when and how much. This way the owner sees not only how many points they hand out, but also which customers come back most often and when. The platform supports multiple currencies and an interface in English, Bulgarian and Turkish, so it works equally well in Burgas, London and Istanbul.
Two mobile apps
One for the merchant, where they scan and manage the program, and one for the customer, where the points are always in their pocket. That is where the name comes from.
Technology and approach
Behind the simple interface sits a SaaS architecture designed for many venues at once: every business has its own settings, its own program and its own data. The hardest part was the speed at the counter: scanning and crediting points have to take seconds, because there is a queue behind the customer. That is exactly what we optimized for the longest.
The result
LoyalPocket is a live, working platform that serves real venues and their customers every day. We maintain it for the long term and add features based on what merchants actually want, not on what looks good in a presentation.
